Episode 8: Guided Meditation – Pausing To Notice The Breath

How often do you take time to sit and do nothing? Many of us are guilty of filling every waking hour of our day with planned events, or consumed in some form of entertainment.

This episode will guide you through a meditation focused on noticing the breath. When we take the time to sit still, observe, and connect with the breath, we are able to open up to the creative life force that is ever-present happening around and within us.
