This often leads to feeling like there is never enough time to get everything done, and that the days and/or weeks are flying by.

This is where Yoga Nidra can provide you with an opportunity to just be here, present, and give you the time to honor your infinite being in space. If you are new to Nidra, this episode will be the perfect intro!
