Fall Fashion πŸ‘’πŸ‘—πŸ’„

With the chillier weather arriving, it was time I invest in shoes that were a little more suited to the temp change. My summery wedges and flats were not ideal and I had to do some shopping around. I always like to get a deal and save money where I can, but I also believe you get what you pay for. After looking at Payless, Target and Meijer (their shoe selection is weak, FYI πŸ˜‚) I decided to check out Charlotte Russe. They pretty much always have cute shoes to choose from and also always have sales on the shoes! Win win. I ended up shopping online because they have a much larger selection. Below are the shoes I snagged up, for only $60 total after tax. Shipping was free because I spent over $50. Free shipping is always a good thing. IMG_3235.JPG
These booties are perfect for this Fall season. I am in love with the oxblood color, which is the color of the Season according to the free people blog. The quilted pattern is another Fall trend that I am loving! More fun, quilted finds can be found on this Refinery 29 page.

Another piece I have been eager to get my hands on is a denim jacket. I recently got a denim shirt and decided I immediately need a jacket to follow. Last week, I picked up this one below from Gordmans . They have some cute stuff, for the most part, for affordable prices. I loved the denim with the sweater sleeves because it adds a twist to the jacket and I think it fits me better than just a straight denim jacket. (Less giving lol) For only $21.99, the jacket provides a light layer to keep you warm during these chilly morning commutes to work, but isn’t too heavy for when it’s a little warmer leaving the office in the evening. It fits greats and is also a nice piece to throw under a thicker coat for when the temps drop even more. (Dreadful to write πŸ˜’)

I paired mine with a thin black long sleeve underneath and some black leggings I had actually worn to the gym. I switched from my converse after the gym into combat boots as well and then ran out to do some quick errands. Overall, I am pleased with my purchases and am already thinking of all the outfits I want to wear with my new booties. πŸ‘’πŸ‘—πŸ‘œπŸ’„
