Healthy Pumpkin Pie

Health is all about balance. And balance includes eating ๐ญ๐ก๐ž โ€œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฅโ€ ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ pumpkin pie every so often. Listen to your body and do so with a positive outlook. โฃIt also includes making modifications to the โ€œrealโ€ versions to honor cravings.

While a diet should include ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž, strive for balance to avoid over-indulging in high sugar & high-fat foods. This can cause feelings of guilt & shame.โฃ
