Want a Wonton?


So I borrowed this recipe from a friend but had to share because they are so good! Easily make wontons healthy by using rice paper skins and 1/3 less fat cream cheese.

3 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
16 grams green onion, chopped
1/2 cup or 85 grams imitation crab meat, chopped
3 rice paper skins (cut in half)

Preheat oven to 400. Combine in a bowl cream cheese, green onion and crab meat. Cut rice paper wraps in half. Spray pan with Pam. Take a half rice wrap skin and wet with hot water until it becomes soft and easy to work with. Lay on pan and spoon 1/6 of mixture onto skin. Fold in half and seal edges. Repeat for remaining wraps. Spray wontons with Pam and place in oven for 15 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes and remove from pan. Enjoy! 👌 let me know what you think! 😊
